A person reads it and a person replies, usually within a working day. There is no contact form here because a form is one more thing between you and an answer.
Things worth writing about
If a file has not arrived, or has arrived and will not open, write from the address you bought with and we will send it again by hand the same day.
If you think a page is wrong, or a section is missing something your house needed, please tell us. A page that overstates what it can do is a defect, and we would rather hear it from you than from the person who opened it.
If you want copies for more than one household, for a congregation, a workplace benefit, or a practice that advises families, write and ask. There is a sensible answer and it is not expensive.
Refunds and your data
If something has gone wrong with an order, write to the same address and a person will look at it. Our position on refunds is on the refunds page. Anything to do with your personal data, including asking us to delete it or to stop sending anything about you to anyone, is handled at the same address within a few days.
